Re-phrase and Proof-read a document

I have a detailed document written by me but it needs further ding. there would be a lot of grammatical and spelling errors which will need t be looked at. Further I want the language and sentence structure rephrased as much as possible. I will share further details with perspective freelancer. I would want that "track changes" is used on my document so i can actually assess what changes have been made. Please if you use any online tool for re-phrasing then please do not apply as I need an actual writing service provider human to do so.
