Description
Experience Level: Expert
Industry: Education
Topic: Science
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: This project requires producing multiple-choice questions by the following steps:
1) viewing the given lesson online via our website
2) checking what questions exist for that lesson, if any, from the spreadsheet (Existing Questions tab)
3) Producing relevant questions based upon the learning material in the lesson
4) Producing sensible multiple-choice answers so that at least 2-3 per lesson (use judgement if more are required or a question is not needed)
5) As often as is appropriate, include a hint and description of the options (correct and incorrect)
6) All the text should be inputted into our spreadsheet (attached).
Special notes:-
- Each question must standalone and so in the textbook, if the question is split into parts, you must separate out to produce more than one question that may not follow each other.
- You need to create at least one other incorrect option but vary the amount based on the question
- Unless you indicate an image is required, you cannot reference an image in the question.
- Open-ended answers should not be included
- Vary the style of questions
- Always include units in your answers and questions
- Ensure the correct option is 100% correct
- Ensure you indicate at least (or more) are correct
Although you have the background, in order for you to understand the process and to ensure you output is as desired, you will need to complete a test with a couple lessons for which you will be required to produce 5 questions in total. See the attached spreadsheet with more details and for inputting.
The task is to produce 500 questions for those lessons that don’t have any questions yet. I have filtered this on the “Lesson with Qus” tab - it contains the list of lesson IDs to work through. Assuming up to 2-3 minutes per question, this task should take approximately 20 hours to complete for which our budget is £250.
If successful there will be a variety of different tasks to complete for eduvee to fit your work schedule.
