Quality link builder and outreach expert wanted

Hi there,

I'm looking for a smart and diligent outreach expert who can identify, content and negotiate with authoritative and often knowledgeable webmasters to pitch and place well written content and beautifully produced infographics.

I'm very particular about quality, and can provide you with training and support, but my ultimate objective is to build quality relevant links/citations from third party websites to my own website.

I'm not looking for article marketing, directory submissions or forum profile links. Instead, I looking for a freelancer who can help me to MARKET my brand online.

I want to use content (guest posting and the creation of 'useful' assets) to earn links for my brand, so that if Google didn't exist, I would still have a strong reputation in the industry.

To summarise the work:

1) Identify websites/blogs in my sector
2) Send me the list of sites you want to contact
3) Work with me to 'craft' the angle/story
4) Contact the site (with the offer of incredible content)
5) Follow up with the site, to place the content
6) Scale parts 1-5

I'm budgeting around £200 to get the project started, but aim to increase this to around £450 per month.
