Property writing

I need a writer who can write me a number of emails approx 500-1000 words to send to my database of property developers and investors. I will give the headline / a rnage of topics and a broad brushtroke of the content but want someone to articluate this into a value add email for my investros based on industry research, stats, recent news, legislation etc.
For example, headlines would be along the lines of:-
- The pros and cons of buying a property in a company verses your own name
- 7 top tips when buying an investment property
- whats happening to interest rates and inflation and the impact on investing in property
- what property strategy is best for you?
- what impact will the governments plans to abolish section 21 have on the private rented sector
etc etc
I need a bank of about 12 evergreen articles and then new ones on an ongoing regular basis, I could write them myself but it is very time consuming for me.
I would expect an article to take about an hour?? on average?? so I have based my budget on an hours work, but happy to negotiate.
