We need someone to provide 3 articles a week (ie £25 per article) on the UK housing market for a consumer-facing portal. Each would be of 400-500 words. Topics could include general news from the industry, regional reviews, case studies, interviews etc. An informal but authoritative writing style, subtle use of a few SEO phrases and high standard of written English are important, as is knowledge of the UK housing market.
