Hi Abigail,
I hope you are fine and well. When we worked together last time I was very pleased with the result and you stuck in my mind and are my first port of call for this new proofreading project.

Last time it was to improve our terms and conditions page, and this time it is to improve the FAQ page.

So far we have come up with 102 questions and answers which is around 5500 words (including titles), we don't want to make any changes to the actual titles (questions) but instead to just the answers where required, for it to read better and /or make better sense.

I believe you are not a door and window expert (although if you are I apologies), which should allow you to read it as an 'average user' and highlight any parts that aren't clear, don't make sense or could be made clearer or improved in some way.

Please can I request you provide the updated copy in the same format as last time so that we can see any changes you have made.
