ASMALLWORLD is looking for writers for a new project. The focus will be Editorial-style Blog/Magazine content. Think National Geographic meets Vice meets Harpers Bazaar.
We're looking for professional writers to create regular, original content, and to share their high-quality first-hand experiences and photos with our community of discerning travellers. The aim is to inspire our community to make new connections, travel better, and experience more, and every piece of content we publish will need to embody those values.
We are open to any submissions, however quality writing and experiences are key.
TO BE CONSIDERED:
- Please pitch us 2-3 article titles with a short description of what you plan to write about for each title.
- Content would need to have a minimum of 1000 words. (Don't include 100 words in your pitch. Just keep in mind if your pitch is accepted you'll need to write a minimum of 1000 words about your topic of choice)
- Make your pitch and content original, interesting, and something people would actually want to read.

STAGE 2
We'll reach out to you if any of your proposed titles pique our interest. Once we've agreed on your angle for your article/story, we will send you our editorial guidelines for you to start writing your article. Please note that the content you submit has to be 100% original content, and you will not be able to re-publish the content elsewhere.
Our goal is to publish 1 x article per day so feel free to pitch more than 3 ideas if you are keen to work with us. We have plenty of work for the right people who submit quality work and are a pleasure to work with.
Deadlines:
You make your own. You tell me by when you can deliver and we stick to that agreement. If you can do 1 x article a week, that would be great. If you can do one article a day, then that's great too! As long as the content is consistent and quality, you can write for us (and get paid for your work)
Payment:
Our budget is £150 per (minimum 1000-word) article with images.
We do not pay for travels or expenses, nor do we pay your taxes for you. We only pay for your writing and photos on a freelance basis.

Do you reimburse your content creators for their travel expenses due to the fact you're promoting "luxury first class living"? What does the 150 price cover? What will be paid per article, especially if you're wanting an article per day?
