Paraphrasing Services Required

I have a document with 13,000 words that has approximately 11,000 words that need to be paraphrased three times in total. Each document covers different services provided for a location within the UK. When the document is re-written, it needs to include a new location which will be specified for each document.

The work needs to be done quickly over the next few days and done with excellent written English (British). It is for online content.
