On going blog writer - small business

I am looking for a an excellent writer to create blogs. The candidate needs to be:

capable of keeping to strict deadlines
have a good knowledge of business/small business/finance/current affairs
have good research skills on the net
understand basic seo for articles
be able to create interesting and quality blogs on a regular basis.

I can offer max £15 per article.

Articles need to be 500 words.
