Nutrition content proof reading and fact checking

I have 15 vitamin products that are almost ready to go to market. Each product consists of 1-15 ingredients (vitamins aherbs and botanicals) We have had some content written by our marketing executive (product description and product benefits) but they're not from a nutrition background. We need someone to fact check the content and add in whatever they can to make it stronger.
