I need 150 food niche relevant NOFOLLOW links to diversify my link portfolio. This can be in the form of guest post comments, small blog posts, web pages, food recipes, etc.

1. Must be comments on real blogs only. NO NETWORKS.
2. Must be food niche relevant.
3. Must be U.S.A based domains.
4. Content/comments must be written using good, proper English.
5. All links must absolutely be NOFOLLOW.
6. A spreadsheet will be supplied with the URLS and anchors to use.
7. Must be slow dripped over 45 days (no more than 3 links per day)
