Need a professional review, edit & design of my proposal.

Hi there!

We would like a full review and edit and design of this already wriiten proposal concentrating on the following areas:

i ) Format and sub - topics - Please think around the format and choice of subtopics.  Make any suggestions and supporting ideas.

ii) Review projected figures and convert to visually appealling graphs for added emphasis.

iii) Make suggestions for additional ideas that should be expressed and/or that the client would need to know or would be convinced by.

iv) added value! Bidder who provides some extra 'uph!' gets the job.

I a PPH veteran buyer and have had lots of weird experiences :), I am only looking for experienced professionals who can:

- provide highest level of quality work
- communicate quickly and effectively
- have some samples work of their own that they MUST provide well
- appreciate feedback during the work process and give my project 100%
- provide finished work in 3 days
