My brand new website needs some inspirational words!

Information for the blog/website: We manufacture bespoke timber handrails
Industry: Technology
Description of every page: We are in the process of designing and developing a very high end, good looking website and need the correct copy to back it up.

Some of the pages, such as the blog, the gallery and the contact us page don't need any copy as such, and will be mainly visual.

That said, I'd like to sit down with you and go through the following pages:

What we do - split into 6 sections including an overview, approx 150-200 words for each giving a brief overview of the services we can provide.

who we are - a mini story,perhaps with small bios of the directors as well as where the business has come from and more importantly, where it’s going. Total approx 300 words.

Testimonials - we have 3 or 4 to kick off (look at my portfolio for some images). Each need a brief 100 - 150 words to explain about the project and the successful outcomes etc.

Downloads - perhaps a small introduction to the download page - 50 words
Tone: Formal/Professional
Outline & Structure: We wold require unlimited (hopefully it won't take long!) reviews so that we don't get stung with any nasty surprises.
That said, we hope to have this bottomed out in a couple of reviews.

If you tell me exactly what you need from me, or even have a meeting to discuss the website / clients / products etc that would be a great place to start...
