Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
Hi there! I'm a fortunately (yet horribly) busy copywriter, working with a range of awesome clients. The issue I have is that, while prioritising my regular, long-standing clients, I'm finding it impossible to keep up with ad hoc or occasional jobs.
I've thought long and hard about the pros and cons of outsourcing, and recognise that the offered rates aren't sky high, hence looking for a junior or newer content writer who might benefit from learning about client specifications, of course including feedback or my revisions to reflect where I've edited the content / format / tone to match the client brief.
More than happy to answer questions, but the reality is that my project brief is probably pretty vague!
I specialise in financial content (although I'd not expect to outsource content of that nature!) but write about a huge range of things, from mortgages to product descriptions, travel blogs to antivirus software reviews!
Anyhow, there aren't specific volumes, since I tend to receive varied requests multiple times per month, usually without advance notice - in these cases, I give a good 2-3 week lead time as I tend to pre-book slots.
I'd be offering rates as follows:
- 600 words - £10
- 800 words - £15
- 1,000 words - £20
- 1,500 words - £25
I'd ask for an NDA, purely in the context of protecting client confidentiality, but would expect to provide honest feedback, plus copies of amended content which I hope might be helpful to build experience, and understand how I'd expect to present content.
FYI - I'm also a PPH contributor to the mentoring programme, so you're welcome to do a bit of research if you'd like to be confident that I have appropriate skills and experience!
I'd not ask for samples, acknowledging that I'm asking for potential interest from junior candidates, but would ask that you provide a reply that indicates you've read this rambling blurb and any relevant info about your areas of knowledge or expertise.
NB - apologies, prices aren't negotiable.
Thanks in advance for any responses!
Lauren :-)

The number of articles can be anticipated every week or month, and the number of words, as you haven't referenced something very similar.
