    Hi Mike, can you give a little more information on what the articles will involve? Will you be looking for recipe development, and do you know what sort of word count you'd be looking for?

    Something like the Felicity Cloake “how to make the perfect…” in the Guardian, with tips from other online recipes (linked and credited). 1000 words or so
