Outline & Structure: Employer branding is a key element to our continued success as a business. One of the most fundamental ways a candidate can get acquainted with us as an employer is to read our job descriptions. We want candidates to get a real sense of who we are as a company, as an employer while also understanding what they gain or get of the position, on both a personal and professional level, rather than focusing just on on the traditional duties and responsibilities.

For this project, I will be providing the successful bidder, a list of all job descriptions currently applicable under the international team, as well as the current job descriptions. I would like to have a call to introduce us as a company, who we are as an employer so that you have all the elements for this project to be a success.

Important to note however, that prior to starting I will expect the individual to sign a NDA so as to ensure the strictest of confidentiality.
