I need to turn my blog in to an ebook (print on demand) with Amazon

I have been writing a blog since October 2012 - www.stumblinginflats.com and plan to turn it into a book. I will be undertaking the editing - as it stands, it's well over 600 book pages and a lot won't be relevant in book format (I'm editing in Word format). I'm planning to do this over Christmas, gulp.
I need someone to help turn it into an amazing, eye-catching book to print on demand, through Amazon. I have secured three excellent quotes for the front cover and the blog is kind of like Bridget Jones with MS.
Also, I'm looking for a press release!
I'm in the middle of taking a Master's and time is scarce. I've had a look through Amazon e-book publishing and it all seems pretty complicated, so think I could do with the help!
