I need professional advice on procurement & contract law for projects done

I want your advice on the following in connection with procurement and contract laws for my projects :
1. Examine the reasons why statutory adjudication and mediation have become the commonly used procedures in recent years for the resolution of construction disputes;
2. Review the insurance related clauses of the three traditional JCT forms of contract and comment on the reasons for any differences in the cover required;
3. Discuss the implications if defective work is discovered during the progress of a traditional JCT contract. Include comparison between the different forms of traditional contract;
4. Examine how liquidated damages are used within construction contracts. Include comment on when and how they might be applied. Support your discussion with appropriate references to relevant legal cases;
5. Compare the design and build procurement route with the traditional route. Include comment on the advantages / disadvantages offered to each of the parties to the contract.
