The £500 I have quoted is for regular and ongoing SEO help. I would like to split the £500 over the year so per month that works out at around £41.00

For this I would expect.
1) My SEO ranking to improve over time. ( It does not need to be number 1)
2) Looking to improve local search results plus results for my target audience.
3) I'm at the start of planning my site : Wordpress so would need you to work with my developer
4) For us to use Google analytics to see how it's improved.
