I need a content developer and writing of the report

My client is looking for a content developer/writer to support the development of a report. They have agreed to provide the content in bullet points, and we are expected to transform that into a well-structured and professionally written report.
Some of the information will need to be presented using tables and infographics to enhance clarity and visual appeal. We will also be required to suggest appropriate placements for photos throughout the document.
Please note that the final version of the report should not exceed 40 pages, developed from approximately 15 pages of bullet-point content. The client is ready to provide all necessary information and would like the project completed within a few days.
