Good Afternoon,

We require a 'head of terms' to be written up for a company that we are in the process of purchasing.

We are in the process of buying a business which specializes in mortgage, the price has been agreed in principle with the owner. The current owner is planning to retire so you will not take on staff or premises, but by purchasing the company will acquire the brand, regulated status of the company and its current clients. We require you to prepare a Heads of Terms and Share Purchase Agreement for us.

We can provide additional information regarding the exact details of the above documents once you agree to prepare this for us.
