Guest Blogging for link building

I am looking for somebody to guest blogging/article submission for link building a tech site. Here are the criteria for the sites to publish. My website is a business/tech-related site with no negative issues.

Minimum 40 DA, Moz website Spam score less than 20, your last two posts in the site should be indexed by google., each article should be at least 600 words and original, links should be do-follow.

Please bid for 4 sites to start with. Please include the specific sites where you would, your last two posts at the site/blog, total cost including content creation and posting.

Please d not include any sites where you have not published.
