Experienced writer for HR and Tech Talent Recruitment website

I need an experienced writer to edit and also write content for a Human Resource company providing Tech Talent Recruitment and Outsourcing services. 80% or more of the content is ready, but requires editing. So, the content writer will need to edit existing content and write about 20% more content for the website.
