Outline & Structure: I have been asked to write a 'guide' for my manager of a large company on how to work with/manage a Virtual Assistant to include the following points
1. Specific ways to interact
2. Specific ways to measure their productivity
3. Examples of specific tasks
4. Best software for tracking progress - choose one only and address a few pros and cons
5. Any specific - best practice tips - avoid the obvious.
This is for a highly experienced UK manager to work with a recently selected VA
(*I do not need - how to find and hire a VA*)
I need proven points. Give specific examples. Do not include any general points or irrelevant information. Be very precise and clear in your explanation
A summary of any useful online material or personal experience is fine as long as points are concise, clear and actionable tips. Fluent English required.
But to find someone suitable- please send me a message briefly addressing your own personal opinion on one of the points above - with the subject title "VA - Best practice report"
Ideally I would like someone who already has first hand VA experience as they should be able to add their own knowledge and this will mean less research.
And include ‘I want to be a ninja’ in the first part of your application. Bizarre yes but I need to know you have read this far.
This shouldn't take more than 2 hours for the right candidate.

Extra notes: Uploaded are two documents one that a VA has tried to write but you can see I've deleted everything that is generic, obvious and my boss won't want to read as he already knows how to hire people - I just need VA specific advice and tips
