The right fit will have extensive experience designing emails for maximum open and click rates using tools like Litmus, monitoring campaign analytics in MailChimp. They are adept at writing clean copy in a conversational tone tailored for our business needs and audience. Proficiency with WordPress is essential for updating, optimizing and publishing blog content neatly on schedule. Familiarity with CRM systems like Pipedrive to track email sends and subscriber engagement will be an asset.

The candidate must have a proven track record of growing email lists and web traffic through digital content creation and distribution. Strong writing, editing and research abilities combined with expertise in optimizing content for search and social sharing are fundamental skills. Fluency in English is a must.
