ELearning Course Writer

I have an elearning course platform and now need about 10 courses written. The courses are health and social care related and they are all advanced 3 hour courses, so they will need to be written in such a way that students will be able to complete them step by step with the time it will take to complete each task. I have all the content that I require, but just need someone to put them together so that i can just upload the courses on the platform. The courses will need to have examples of the following, which are not exhaustive as I will be relying on the expertise of the person developing them:
