Edit and tidy up powerpoint presentation into article

I have a powerpoint presentation of about 20 slides that I want editing into a e-learning article. There is a quiz at the end and some reflective questions. Basically want to get it ready to submit for CPD approval. There are about 10 illustrations that need to be inserted into the article. These are in separate files. It all needs bringing together. Once it is approved, a second project will be to upload onto website using a wordpress plugin.
So content and design skills needed to bring the article together.
