Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking for a writer with EFL/TEFL experience to help write content (dialogues, definitions, example sentences) for a new elearning course. The subject area is "Hotel English" and furthermore "English for Hospitality".
The ideal candidate would have some experience designing materials for classroom or online use. While it doesn't have to be specifically "hotel english" materials, it would of course be preferable.
The elearning course will be very similar in structure to two existing elearning sites we own: (www.english4it.com and english4accouting.com).
If we choose you for the job, we would like you to write a test unit of material. If the test unit is good, we will order 9 more units for a total of 10 units. A unit typically takes between 3 and 4 hours to write.
Specifically, what I need for each unit of material is:
1. a set of 15 vocabulary words with definition and example sentence
2. A topical reading or dialog of 400 to 700 words which includes all the vocabulary
3. Three discussion questions for each reading
We will provide a list of acceptable vocabulary terms which you can add to if you want. I will also provide more detailed instructions and multiple examples of exactly what we need :)
