Creative food writer

We are building a website for our restaurant which is to re-open shortly. Its a multi-cuisine buffet restaurant with following cuisine on the offer - Indian, Oriental (Chinese,Thai, Japanese etc), European (Italian, Spanish etc) & Middle Eastern (Arabian, Moroccan etc). We need a good food writer who can creatively write brief paragraph about about each these cuisines & its food to be included in the website. It needs to very inviting so that just by reading the words , it can create a mouth-watering impact. Is anyone up for this challenge ?
