We produce a weekly email newsletter featuring events and activities in Bath, England. We rely on listings data from websites maintained by local venues such as clubs, concert halls, museums and other venues.
We need someone to go through each of the venues' websites, identify and pull all future event listings, and reformat them in our newsletter style so that they are available and ready to use in upcoming weekly issues. Some listings are also added to a Trello board where you would find them and also then format them in the newsletter style. This is an ongoing weekly project.
Once in the proper format, you would add each listing to a Google Doc in chronological order so that we can easily access them when we put each weekly edition together. We also need existing listings in the Google Doc to be checked for cancellations and reconfirmed regularly.
There are probably 10-20 new listings each week. Each listing probably takes about five minutes to add. Therefore this will take one or two hours per week.
