Outline & Structure: We currently have a list of approx 230-250 events that need to be completed in our CMS. The events are festivals. Each one needs to have a description, which can be sourced from the events own website (not copied verbatim though) and only needs to be brief just a few lines to describe the event. Then various other details need to be filled in which can all be sourced from the official event site also such as genre, website url, location. We just need to add all the events to our own listings and give as accurate as possible information. Am happy to clarify and give more detail if required.

Extra notes: Each festival has a parent event that is used to linked to all previous and future events. In some or most of the cases this page will also need to be updated to ensure it has a description, again only a few lines required to describe the event as a whole.

The main key is that we have clear and accurate data, so quality over quantity. We can talk and walk through the person with as many entries as is required until they have the hang of it.

If any one is interested in music and festivals then that could be an added bonus as we may be able to come to some arrangement in that regard also.
