Copywriter for SEO editing

I already have a website and need someone to help me rewrite my content so that it can meet SEO standards. I need someone that is experienced in SEO and is willing to work with me through all the content. I have about approx 14 pages that require editing. I already have Yeost SEO installed and can see all the errors and improvements that is required. When i do it myself I keep finding a new improvement that needs fixing so I thought to find someone that has expertise in SEO and Copywriting/proofreading.
