Copywriter for Construction Articles

I am looking for a copywriter for our website and LinkedIn to write regular, in-depth construction articles. We'll provide a content strategy and suggest topics with main talking points.

We would like to start with a trial 1 article optimised for LinkedIn and separately for SEO. Once satisfied, we would commission another 3 to have a content bank and move on to regular 2 per month.

Scope of work
- Write two in-depth construction articles per month for our website and LinkedIn, 800-1000 words, in British English.
- LinkedIn-optimised version (engagement-focused).
- SEO-optimised version (with meta description, headings, and 2–3 suggested keywords).
- 3 alternative headline/title options.
- Suggest 1–2 internal linking opportunities.
- Proactively suggest topics within the provided content strategy.
- Sign an NDA.
