Copy data from word document to excel file

Hi,

I have a word document (107 pages) with data that needs to be transformed into excel file.

Sample copy attached and also a sample excel attached with expected output.

You will see title, copy and additional copy for some with "[Read More]"

All I want is for someone to transform this into excel with the following 3 columns
1. Brand Name
2. Description
3. Extended Description

Winning bidder will be provided with a complete word document.

I need this done by Monday evening latest please.
