Copy content from old PHP site to new WordPress site

Scope of work:
- Copy ALL content and images from old PHP site https://revenuerescuer.com to corresponding pages/sections of new WP site https://revenuerescuer.com/future.
- Create "Services" pages (13+1) in new site with content from old site
- All links inside the pages and menus need to be working

Note:
- Access to WP site will be gives
- All content of old PHP website can be given
- Style of the new site doesn't need to match the old
- Do not delete sections and/or pages in new site if it did not exist in the old site. I might use it in the future.
