However, in this PDF, the tickboxes needed to work. I've not been able to get it working myself.
And the [ ] fields also needed to be fillable.
I then also need a way to be able to edit this PDF myself when it needs to be edited. Maybe an equivalent Word file, which I can just as PDF would be great.
