Description
Experience Level: Entry
Hello
We are looking for an article/blog post that reviews the reviews we have been getting as a company on Trustpilot…...basically a “Review of the Reviews” but told in a positive light with emphasis on better and better reviews coming in as time goes by. In my mind, it should read like a “Which” article on our company using reviews as the inputs. We are ONLY interested in writers that have been domiciled in the UK for most of their lives and use UK based English terms when writing. A knowledge of the interior design and home improvements in the UK would be a big help.
The idea is that the article is wrote as though by an independent, non-Geyser person, who has read through all the reviews, both service and product and is talking about the following (in no particular order) ….
• What Geyser is known for (big picture stuff)
• What Geyser is known for (smaller details if there is a pattern)
• What Geyser has struggled with and what common problems people had
• How Geyser ranks and rates against its designer radiator competitors.
• The pattern of improvement and how the ratings are getting better
• Product reviews – the low number but 5 star ratings. How this shows complete honesty in putting our products out there for review. How it helps the prospective customer to assess what customers have said about this radiator in the past. Again how it shows a pattern of being open to being reviewed by customers.
• What reviews mean for the future – honesty, transparency, be suspicious of companies without an review mechanisms, independent reviews versus self created website reviews, product reviews – how reviews are becoming more specific than reviews just about the company
• The importance of responding to reviews, especially bad ones and trying to fix problems previously unknown to the company until the review was placed.
• Anything else that strikes you as worth mentioning.
The article does not need to be totally biased towards Geyser and it will read more genuine if it is 85% good news 15% problems or something like that.
The article will used in various ways – blogs, emails etc. It will be used to introduce Geyser to new trade customers and will be part of a series of communications aimed at building trust with these trade and retail customers that currently do not know us or have very little knowledge of us.
Article Length
Open to interpretation by you. Long enough to be thorough but not long enough to bore the reader.
