Content writing for a website to enhance SEO

I have a website that needs content building. After recently generating keywords for the site we need to have the keywords used within the website content.

The website has approx. 70 pages but a lot of the pages are largely showcasing pictures and the content will need to be written around the images. location and other specifics.

I need someone who knows about content building, keywords and SEO and is willing to work to an agreed process not just in this small content building project but also on other aspects of the website.
