Content writing and Business branding

I am new business that’s involved in property and rely on Airbnb and booking.com to get my Bookings I’m currently in the process of having the website designed and I’d like you to write the content for the website, I would also like a new logo that is modern and that can be used as a brand on T shits, business cards, flyers and on the website.

I’m looking for very competitive price and I’ve narrowed it down to 3 people on here let me know what your thoughts are and what’s the best best price you can do this for.
And also if you can send me any examples of previous logos or content writing you’ve done for something similar.
