Content Writing / Amends

I'm looking for a content writer to help me.
I have a new website being built for a client on mine.
I've had them write a load of content for each of the pages and have all this in template documents.

Everything is highlighted in the word docs and very easy to understand.

I'm looking for a competent copy writer, who can take what the client has written and make it better.
They have written it from a business point of view, but I want it to be more user friendly.
