This position will suit UK writers that are just starting out as freelancers and looking to build a profile and a long-term partnership. If you are not from the UK or not prepared to accept a low fee (initially) do not apply for this position.

For those of you still with me only apply if:

- you are confident of your ability and can write on almost any subject (after research obviously)
- can think of new concepts and different angles for yourself rather than copy regurgitated fluff from other sites
- willing to work for a small fee initially (this will increase if you earn it!)
- can deliver to tight deadlines
- are flexible

- like to get spanked

Okay, I am joking about the last one because my requests sounds but I do have a good sense of humour and am easy to work with...however, I do expect high standards because that is what my clients expect of me - so hope you appreciate this also.

Ideal candidates are ahead of the curve and know a thing or three about SEO. At the moment I am looking for edgy writers with a knowledge and liking for

- technology (smartphones, tablets, headphones)
- travel (destination overviews - you have to be a good armchair traveller for this one although experience of city breaks will help)

Although this is not a full-time position, for successful and proven writers I can offer regular, long-term work which will help give you a base income.

I appreciate none of this sounds overly exciting but it is not supposed to...I am only looking for serious and ambitious writers! However, I will offer writing tips to help you hone your craft and increase pay on jobs for clients that pay well. If it helps spur you on, the last writer to help me grow my business has just been made a partner...sooo...
