Outline & Structure: Honest Food is going to be an online magazine that surfaces great food suppliers, restaurants and producers. So much of the food we eat is compromised by additives and hidden ingredients, produced unethically, and sold at unfair prices. We want to research and create content that exposes these truths, but that makes a special case to celebrate those suppliers that are doing the right thing.

We're doing the research, but we'd like to find a writer that shares our passion, who can turn our research into engaging content that will form the basis of our launch. We want our tone to be positive and optimistic. We don't want to lecture, but educate and inform, and celebrate positive action.

For each article, we'll provide as much of the research as possible, but we'll also expect some additional research if necessary, and would be hoping to find someone who takes ownership of this task and is a potential future team member.
