So, 1. written content for homepage, about, services pages plus a bit of research for some popular I.T services whhich can be outsourced plus maybe prices for 3 website packages based on budgets of £250 £500 £1000

Process will be 1, they make contact via website and they can request apppointment through booking tool or via skype 2. request received discussed 3. proposal submitted incl costs and project opened if needed

local based service reps for callouts etc plus remote online experts available 24/7 to support local crews


...thats basically it so just need content for above, possible additional work, £25 is to see sample of work for maybe 90 mins work
