Content for website & blog —Initial & ongoing

Good morning. This is Sekkappan Alagu a mortgage adviser based in London. My current website is extremely basic - www.nachufinance.co.uk I have been an adviser for 13 years and have good knowledge and understanding of the industry and keen to share knowledge through blog that has to be plugged into a good website

I am looking to create a new website and have a lot of content to share. I am able to provide a good brief either in word or in audio format and looking for someone to convert this to quality web-ready seo optimised content.

I am looking for content writers who can help me build a good 20-page website first (roughly 5 pages on the business, 5-8 pages on service offerings and 5-8 pages of Blog) and then help me keep adding 1or 2 posts every week. I intend to go live with the new website only after the 20 pages are ready.

I was an editor and publisher of a weekly newspaper 20 years ago but not written since. I am good with content ideas and raw content but need someone who can write polished articles based on a brief. Research is not needed but adhering to the brief and value-adding from an SEO point of view and reader experience point of view will help.

I am keen to work with someone for the LONG RUN as I want to keep adding content every week and want to work with 1 professional or a small team rather than go to different freelancer each time.

Design and actually adding the content to the website/ blog will be dealt with by other freelancers but if you are able to provide this I am happy to consider but the prime focus has to be content writing and not web design.

I am more focused on the quality of work and long-standing support this project needs so it will not all be budget-driven. In your proposal please talk about how you can value add to my requirements

While I want timely outputs and processing I am not in a hurry and want to do a quality job.

The budget mentioned is for the initial 20 articles. I am open to considering a good proposal. The budget mentioned is to serve as a starting point.

I will be keen to see some of your previous works and any experience in writing for a professional services firm such as accountants, solicitors, doctors, financial advisers will have an advantage. Likewise an understanding or previous exposure to topics such as finance, mortgages, insurance etc will have an advantage too.
