Outline & Structure: We are a property development company who want to share advice and tips on all things property related - therefore we are setting up a side-line company/website. We want to appeal to everyone from first time buyers to landlords, and people wanting to carry out some home improvement to property developers.

We need to populate the website on all topics - for example:
* How to prepare/What you need to know if purchasing property at auction
* What insurance you need if starting a new build project
* How to let a property - use an agent or do it yourself
* Things to think about/ask when finding a solicitor to handle the sale of your house
* What to look for in a tenancy agreement

We are going for a friendly and helpful vibe but not too informal, although having said that we would like a nice mix for the articles of formal and serious through to chatty and informal.

We will be looking for content and articles relating to all sorts of topics but initially looking for 500 word articles.
