This would be for:

2. Weekly PR
3. Plan for ad-hoc posts/pr with commentary.
4. Engaging Social Media - Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook (Professional Profiles)

This would be for things around my Complex PTSD, Professional Life, Investments, Companies and general opinions etc.

This would all need to keep SEO in mind too.
