I want an article about coffee tasting. You should have post-graduate education and several years of experience researching academic writing and looking for excellent sources of information. Experience in coffee sensory science is a must.
The first milestone will be drafting off the article from our interview.
I will then edit it and give feedback.
The final step will be looking for academic papers supporting or contradicting the ideas in the article.
I will provide a starting list
You will reference academic papers as needed.

The final deliverable will be. ~1000 word article with References; edited and free of typos, plagiarism, and grammatical errors.
