Case studies converted to MS Word

We have 35 case studies with 25 points each and 5 of these points have maximum 2-4 sub-points. They all are handwritten. We are attaching one of them below.
We will provide them in PDF format and we need them converted to editable MS Word format - one case study in one DOC file. Also if the sentence is written in first person that needs to be converted in to third person. For example, if it's written in the PDF: "I do weaving regularly" then it needs to be converted in to third person sentence, so it will become: "she does weaving regularly".

Please check the attached file and let us know if you can complete this. If possible please apply with point number 24 from the attached PDF converted in to MS Word Doc file.
