Brochure Content writing

I need someone to take my technical writing for a brochure and write it in a more reader-friendly way. My brochure is for architects (who will have a good level of technical knowledge) so the writing will need to strike a balance of technical and sales/marketing style. I want to show them my new product, the benefits associated with my new product and also encourage them to provide feedback or buy the product Any assistance on brochure layout would also be great.
