Content Manager
A new and exciting role in the communications team, you will have a solid understanding of social media platforms and multiple accounts, channels and pages. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining our social media content to grow our reach and engagement. You will collaborate with the broader team to deliver successful campaigns and projects for our nationwide venues, artists, shows, tours, promoters and partners to meet the agreed company objectives and targets. The key in this role will be searching for content assets across varied platforms to create high-level content across our various business brands. With many highly influential, popular and engaging brand subjects, you won't be short of content and information.

Demonstrable experience in a social media role, focussing on popular culture, events, knowledge and influencers
Knowledge and understanding in all social media platforms
Experience in content creation, using editorial, photography and video to engage with online audiences
Ability to generate great copy and tell a compelling story
Proficient in using tools to make content visually appealing and impactful
Experience in a fast-paced, creative environment
Proficient in social reporting tools for extracting and reporting insights
Experience in video and audio editing software
Competent in editing tools and optimising content for social media platforms
Can handle a huge number of different brands and scenarios in a varied envi

What you’ll be doing
Implement and evaluate social media strategies as directed by the Social and Content Manager.
Support the delivery of a fully integrated content-driven plan and optimise promotional impact using creative software and third-party tools.
Plan daily/weekly/monthly content across multiple platforms
Organise calendar management, content creation and schedule postings
Monitor the reach of all our social media channels
Support regular reporting and analysis of all social media data
Adhere to the correct tone-of-voice and style guide when delivering on-brand content
Actively contribute to the Group’s social media strategy
Devise, implement and evaluate social media strategies and campaigns for shows, tours, events, venues and ad hoc projects
What your Be Doing
Collaborate with the head of PR and brand communications and align with department leads (PR, digital marketing, design, marketing), regional marketing executives, promoters, partners, ticketing services and agencies to deliver a fully integrated content-driven plan, increase ticket sales and optimise the commercial and promotional impact.
Plan, review and strategise daily/weekly/monthly content across multiple platforms.
Own and curate calendar management, content creation and all postings
Communicate plans to internal marketing and PR leads
Maximise engagement and growth with our community
Monitor the reach of all our social media channels
Implement effective processes to ensure smooth and timely delivery of assets to channels.

I think you're going to struggle to find someone who can do all of those jobs really well as required, a direct response copywriter should be writing the compelling content not fiddling around with video production and PR. What will happen is they'll end up doing everything, but half-assed and out of their comfort zone most of the time. Consider posting multiple jobs for the multiple roles you actually need to hire people for.
